Radiant Orchid – This Season’s Colour

PANTONE, the international authority on all things colour, has chosen Radiant Orchid as the 2014 colour of the year.

Radiant Orchid beautifully blends the feminine and warming colours of fuchsia, purple and pink undertones, to create a sophisticated palette perfect for any event.

It’s predicted that Radiant Orchid will dominate the fashion industry, working its way down the runways and across the arts world and into the event industry this year. So if you want to be on-trend Radiant Orchid is for you.

Of course it doesn’t mean you have to go overboard, you might just prefer one or two statement pieces. For example, your bridesmaid dresses or your groomsmen ties, a bouquet or a fabulous statement necklace!

If you are nervous about using such a vibrant colour, simply use delicate tones subtly, which will create a warm and pretty look.
